I recently had my car worked on at BC Automotive and felt the least I could do is put something in the People's Forum to let everyone out there know that if they need their vehicle worked on, this is the place to go! At the beginning of this year, I had to have my engine replaced in a 2002 Grand Prix, but it didn't seem to run right since then. I took it into BC Automotive to have it checked out. they worked relentlessly on trying to find the problem. Long story short, and three visits later (one that they didn't even charge me for!) they found the problem.
It turned out that our previous "mechanic" (and I use that term loosely) put a 1999 engine in my car, but used parts from my old 2002 engine. Guess what - that doesn't work!
I can't say how much I appreciate the great work and the great customer service I got from them. Anyone needing anything to do with their vehicle should visit them. They are the best!Melissa S. Lauria, Bay City
