Bruce Compton, Co-Owner

• Bruce and Sita started BC Automotive Service Center in 1987 next to their home. In 1997 they moved into their current facility. Bruce was a U.S. Marine, farmer, and has been a mechanic since he was a teenager. Bruce built, maintains and flies several private airplanes. Sita has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and was a bank officer for 24 years. Their hobbies include: sailboat racing, flying, biking, cross country skiing and motorcycle riding.

Sita Compton, Co-Owner

Gary Redfern, Service Manager

• Started with BC Automotive Service Center in 2006
• 43 Years Automotive Experience
• Gary started with us in June 2006. Gary came to us with 38 years of experience in service, sales and manager for several large dealerships. He is Ford Master Certified in Service Management. Gary enjoys camping, biking, canoeing and NASCAR races.

Dan Schingeck, ASE Master Certified Technician

• Started with BC Automotive Service Center in 2007
• 13 Years Automotive Experience
• Dan started with us May 2007. Among a wide range of auto expertise, Dan is our foreign car specialist. He has been a technician since 1998. His personal interest include: camping, canoeing, bike riding, music, and restoring Volkswagens.

Jay VanOchten, Michigan Master Auto Technician

• Started with BC Automotive Service Center in 2009
• 40 Years Automotive Experience
• Jay started with us November 2009. Jay came to us with 38 years experience as a dealership technician and dealership technical training. Jay keeps several horses, has volunteered with the 4-H program and likes to hunt.

Mario Moreno, Michigan Licensed Technician

• Mario started with us in June 2008. Mario came to us with 10 years of experience as an auto technician. Mario is an avid fisherman.
